We want to give you and your family peace of mind knowing that we are here for you any time you might need us, night and day. Every client has The Concierge Companion included in the membership, so Astera Care is never farther than a touch away. We are always ready to come to your home.
Always there for you
We can involve family caregivers if you wish. We can keep chosen family members updated on your care program, on how you are doing and how we are helping you. You choose how much information you want your family to have. Your personal nurse will tailor your care program the exact way you want it. She visits you every month, year after year, so you always have someone there who knows you and your situation.

Easy to pick services
If you invite us to your home, your personal nurse will make an appointment at your convenience. Together you can work out which membership is right for you. At any time in the future, you can easily upgrade to a higher membership or even downgrade. When you first become an Astera Care member, you sign up for a minimum of 6 months. If you for some reason must cancel before that period has passed, there will be a cancellation fee.
We will give you your first 5 hours on your Astera Account free of charge. Use these by picking the kind of help you want from our Astera Care Menu. We make it easy to supplement your included membership hours by picking from our a-la-carte menus. The Astera Care Plus Menu offers specialized services that will be charged from your Astera Account at higher rates.
Tell us your preferences
Fill your Astera Account by buying 50-hour care packages. Higher memberships receive larger discounts. You are free to use these hours for the assistance you want, when you want it. Purchased time never expires and if you choose to cancel your membership, unused hours are refunded. Friends or family members are also free to purchase care packages as gifts for our clients. All members are required to have at least 2 hours on their Astera Account to cover unforeseen events that require immediate help.
