As an Astera Care Bronze Member, you get your own Concierge Companion and full access to our services. The Fall Detection and GPS Monitoring are included safety features. Push the center button on your Concierge Companion and speak directly to Astera Care’s on-call personnel at any time.

Once a month your personal nurse will visit you in your home. She will check up on your health and home situation, and tailor a care program based on your needs. Family caregivers can be included in this plan. Our membership gives you regular access to a professional care manager to ensure that you and your family have the assistance you need.

Valuable respite care

Included with the Bronze Membership are two 4-hour caregiver shifts – or a total of 8 monthly hours. This can provide valuable breaks for family caregivers.

Supplement your Bronze Membership by buying 50-hour caregiver packages for your Astera Account. Schedule future caregiver visits when your personal nurse does her monthly consultation, or contact us via your Concierge Companion.

Easy to upgrade

One hour of Astera Care is charged one hour from your Astera Account. Pick the services you need from the Astera Care Menu and use them when you please. Purchased time never expires. You can also pick from our Astera Care Plus Menu. These specialized in-home services will be charged with higher rates from your Astera Account.

You can change from your Bronze Membership to other Astera Care memberships at any time. If you need more than 20 caregiver hours per month, our Silver Membership is a better option. You will pay less per hour, and the Silver Membership lets you use your Concierge Companion for free calls to three friends or family members.
