Our Gold Members have their own Concierge Companion, which provides state-of-the-art fall detection and GPS monitoring. These are valuable safety features you can rely on both in your home and when you are out. On The Concierge Companion, there is a button you can push to talk directly to Astera Care’s on-call personnel. We are ready to assist you or come to your home 24 hours a day.
The Gold Membership gives discounted access to all our Astera Care services.
Prepared for your future
You will be assigned your own personal nurse. She will visit you in your home once a month to check up on your health and needs. With frequent in-home contact with an experienced health professional, you are ensured that your changing needs are not overlooked. You will get to know each other over time, and she will be there for you and your family no matter what health challenges the future may bring.
It is important to have a care manager who supervises all aspects of you situation. If family members are helping out, they can be included in the plan she tailors to your unique needs. As a Gold Member, you have 50 monthly hours included in your care plan. If you choose, you can schedule these as twelve days per month with 4-hour or 5-hour caregiver shifts.
For independent seniors
Some days you might want assistance for a full 8 hours or more. As our member, you can schedule in-home help any time, day or night. Our caregivers do shifts from 4 to 12 hours, and working in teams they can provide you with 24 hours of daily care-giving if needed.
Breaking your membership hours up into 4-hour shifts, you can have a trained caregiver come to your house nearly every other day. This will provide frequent and valuable breaks if you have family members caring for you. The 50-hour monthly total is also a substantial amount of in-home help for seniors living independently without family or government help that they can rely on.
Experts come to your home
The Gold Membership can be supplemented through buying extra 50-hour packages of Astera Care at a discounted price. Use these hours to pick the help you need from our Astera Care and Astera Care Plus Menus. Purchased time never expires, and you can use it for the services you choose, when you need them.
Schedule extra hours when your nurse visits or contact Astera Care through your Concierge Companion. If unforeseen events occur, you can call us day and night, and we will send a caregiver to your home. We offer high-quality and flexible services, both from our own caregivers and health professionals, and through referrals to outside expertise. Whatever your requests are, Astera Care will do our professional best to service you.
You choose your extra service
Included in your Astera Care Gold Membership are 2 monthly hours of in-home massage, beauty service or personal training. A professional will come to your home to provide his or her services at the time of your convenience. Please let us know if there are other Astera Care Plus services you would rather have included with your Gold Membership.
An hour of relaxing and invigorating massage does wonders for your well-being. Twice a month you can afford yourself this treat as a Gold Member without having to spend hours from your Astera Account. We also provide therapeutic massage as a part of your care program.
Beauty and massage
If you would rather use the services of our beautician, you are in good hands. Our professional has wide experience in providing beauty services for men and women in their homes. Your membership includes a monthly visit of approximately 2 hours.

You can also choose to have a professional personal trainer come to your home for 1 hour twice a month. Having someone to tailor a personal work out program for your unique situation is invaluable to stay healthy and fit. Your trainer will provide motivation and follow-up. If you want more than 2 monthly hours – of personal training, beauty service or massage – you can order more from our Astera Care Plus Menu. We will also try to find the right professionals if you have other requests.
Easy and free
The Gold Membership is for clients who need in-home help several times a week. It is the best program for seniors who need up to 100 monthly hours of care-giving. If you or your loved one needs daily help, Astera Care has created the Platinum Membership. As a Gold Member, you can choose to upgrade to Platinum at any time.
