Since each Platinum Member has unique needs and preferences, we tailor every care program. Being in our premium plan, no care need is too large or demanding. Our Platinum Members receive the most preferential prices on everything.
You will get your own Concierge Companion, which includes the latest in fall detection and GPS technology. Just press the center button, and you have direct contact with Astera Care even when our caregivers are not in your home. We are here for you 24/7. No request is too small and we are always happy to service you.
Your every-day needs
Through your Concierge Companion, you can also call three selected numbers of friends and family free of charge. A touch of the assigned button and you are put through. It is the perfect easy-to-use mobile phone substitute.
The Platinum Membership with all its benefits and discounted care is ideal for clients who use more than 100 caregiver hours per month. If you want daily 4-hour caregiver shifts, this is the membership for you. We provide valuable respite care if you have family members or others providing the day-to-day care for you. When you are a Platinum Member, everyone gets frequent breaks. Great care needs can be draining for both the client and the family, and in Astera Care we do our very best to assist everyone involved.
Coordinating everyone who helps you
We can also provide longer shifts. If you do not need daily help, but for instance 8 hours every other day, the Platinum Membership is for you. We can provide up to 24-hour care-giving to make sure that you always have someone there with you. Through your Platinum Membership, you will receive greater discounts the more you use us.
You will be assigned a personal nurse who visits you in your home as often as you need. She makes sure that all parts of your care program provided by Astera Care and other professionals and institutions are coordinated. Making sure that everyone involved receive correct and timely information is crucial.
Nurse is ready 24 hours a day
As our Platinum Member, you have someone that is always there for you and knows your every need and preference. You personal nurse is available to you 24 hours a day. Just press The Concierge Button, and we will get her on the line for you. We are always ready to come to your home.
Astera Care members can at any time upgrade to Platinum status. Call us and ask what we can do for you if you become a Platinum Member. The services you require will be picked from our Astera Care and Astera Care Plus Menus at our greatest discounts.
