Silver Membership
As our valued Silver Member, you have your own Concierge Companion, and you receive discounted access to all our services. The fall detection and GPS monitoring is included for your safety. Through your Concierge Companion, you have direct access to Astera Care 24 hours a day.
Your personal nurse will visit you in your home once a month. She will check on your health and needs and create a care program tailored to your unique situation. Family caregivers can be included in the program.
Pick from our menus
As a Silver Member, you have 20 monthly hours included in your plan. This can be scheduled as five 4-hour visits from our trained and versatile caregivers, or you can have full-day care-giving. You schedule these hours when your personal nurse visits. Your monthly caregiver hours can provide valuable breaks for family caregivers on a weekly basis.
Supplement your Silver Membership by adding 50-hour packages of care-giving at a discounted rate. You can use these hours to pick from our Astera Care and Astera Care Plus Menus. They are yours to use as you please, when you please. Schedule them through your nurse or contact us via The Concierge Companion.
Free calls
As a Silver Member, you can use your Concierge Companion to call three friends or family members. It has three buttons, which we will connect to the numbers you choose. As often as you like, within reason, you can call these friends or family members free of charge. If you wish, we also have a ten-digit number that you can give to friends. They can then call you via your Concierge Companion and you can choose if you wish to accept their calls.
The Silver Membership is well suited for clients with moderate in-home needs and those who can rely on family help. If you require more than 12 hours of care-giving per week, the Gold Membership is a better option. You can upgrade your membership at any time.
