From now on, you have a 24/7 Concierge waiting for you, ready for service as needs and wants arise.
Built in is state-of-the-art fall detection technology, which alerts us if you have an accident. If after we receive a fall detection alert, we are unable to reach you by calling up your Concierge Companion, we will send a caregiver to your home. Unlike other personal response systems, this one also works outside of your home. Astera Care is always there with you, wherever your day takes you.
Since we do not want you to be bound to your house, the Concierge Companion helps us locate you when you call on us. The device communicates with satellites to leave a digital breadcrumb trail. The client decides who gets access to this information, and your privacy is our highest concern. The GPS function is of great help when we quickly need to locate our clients in case of a suspected emergency.
There are three buttons, which we program with the phone numbers you choose. Silver, Gold and Platinum members can call these friends and family members for free using the Concierge Companion. This easy-to-use device works as a great mobile phone substitution. It’s just push and talk – easy as all technology should be.
