To feel safe at home, it is important that someone is always available in case of an emergency. It is also nice to know that we are there no matter what your request might be. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Astera Care is ready to answer your call.

Just pick up your Concierge Companion and press the button. Our friendly on-call professional will greet you. If at a rare occasion we should be unable to answer you just at that moment, we will call you right back. Your request is our highest priority.

Night and day

If you are out of cellular reception when you need us, or if you just want to speak to us through a normal phone, Astera Care’s 24/7 Concierge Number is printed on your Concierge Companion so you can reach us via a mobile phone or landline.

We are not just here for you if you fall or other unforeseen events occur. This is also a concierge service for your convenience. Feel free to use us as you please.

We will charge your Astera Account in increments of 15 minutes for help we provide using The Concierge Companion. If you want us to send someone to your home, your Astera Account will be charged a minimum of one hour. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., unscheduled in-home assistance is charged at a double rate.

Nurse is always available

The Fall Detection and GPS Monitoring are included in your membership. You will not be charged any time your Concierge Companion detects a fall and we call you up to check that you are okay. If our clients accidentally trip a set GPS perimeter, we will not charge for the check-up call. Scheduling requests are naturally also free. Only when you utilize our services, will your Astera Account be charged in increments of 15 minutes.

Our nurses are always available. You can talk to your personal nurse at any time, day or night. Let us know, and she will immediately contact you via your Concierge Companion. This 24-hour service is charged in increments of 15 minutes at the same rate as normal Nurse Service on the Astera Care Plus Menu.
