For our Silver, Gold and Platinum members the Concierge Companion works as a cell phone. The center button puts you through to Astera Care’s 24/7 Concierge Service, but there are three more buttons on the device.

Choose the three numbers you want to call the most. It can be friends or family or whoever you choose within the U.S. We connect the numbers to the buttons, and all you have to do is push and talk. The Concierge Companion works as a mobile phone, just much easier.

Call to and from

It comes with a 10 digit number which you can pass on to friends or whoever you want to call you. When someone calls you, you see their number and you can choose whether or not you wish  to accept the call.

You can receive as many calls as you wish. You can also call your three chosen numbers as much as you want to, within reason. If any of our clients wish to use The Concierge Companion for an unusual amount of minutes a month, we will provide a payment plan to cover the extra costs.
