Every Astera Care Member has a personal nurse. Once a month she will come to your home to see how you are doing, to check up on your health and to manage your care program. Your well-being is her responsibility and your privacy her highest concern.

As every client has unique needs and preferences, and since these can change quickly, it is important to have an experienced health professional with frequent visits. In Astera Care, we believe that this is much better done in the home of the client. There we see how your daily routines are working and we can give advice on how simple solutions can improve you and your family’s quality of life.

Access to your nurse 24/7

If you decide that you want to sit down with your nurse more than once a month, you can schedule additional visits. Extra hours will be charged to your Astera Account in accordance with prices on the Astera Care Plus Menu.

Your nurse is available to consult with you 24 hours a day. Just press your Concierge Companion, and we will have her contact you. This 24/7 on-call service is charged by 15 minute increments at the same rate as daytime nurse visits.
